AtOMo

The AtOMo collection, created by Blockchainizator of Nicolas Sierro, started on June 9, 2018 with the 118 elements of the Periodic Table of Elements.

Each square element contains 3 animated images with embossed/3D items. The background gradient colours are different for each family of elements.

The supply per element was calculated from the physical availability on earth and in the Universe. Hydrogen (LATOMOH) has a locked maximum issuance on Counterparty of 2112. The minimum issuance is 256 tokens in total for more rare elements, such as Selenium (LATOMOSE).

The day after the mint of the "elements", another type of ORBs was created with words composed from the elements, e.g. LATOMONOICO for 'No ICO', LATOMOSOCOIN for 'SO CoIn', or LATOMOLUCKY for 'LuCKY'.

New, similar ones, are still created today, e.g. LATOMOHOHOHO 'Ho Ho Ho' as Christmas gift, or FRENSINPARIS 'FrogS FReNS In PArIS FRaNCe' for people attending a Rare Pepe event in Paris.

World Premières Brought by the AtOMo Collection

  • Cross-Chain Collection: From its genesis, it was planned that only half of the elements' supply would be minted on Counterparty. The 2nd half could be created from 2019 on another blockchain, but so far it is not yet minted, neither any plan is announced.

  • Creative Commons Licensing: Creative Commons licensing is visually shown on each asset. Everybody can re-use the design, even for commercial use, in its physical or digital form, except for NFT.

Other novelties by AtOMo:

  • During the period of 2015-2018, when most of the Counterparty NFT collections adopted trading card design, with a rectangular portrait and flat frame, AtOMo stood out with its unique square (tile) form and embossed/3D frame and some visual parts.

  • While most of the NFTs were used in games, Blockchainizator offered several extra features. These included the 'AtOMo Speller', which allowed users to create words and sentences from AtOMo element characters as images, and even as code for the 118 elemental emojis in Slack. Additionally, a guide was provided on how to create Telegram stickers.

Cross-Collection ORBs

Several AtOMo ORBs are present in different other collections, some with pixel design, other with the square as part of standard design.

  • CORNATOMO has 2 different designs, depending on the collection: Bitcorns Crops or AtOMo.
  • 5 unbranded (but easily recognisable) ORBs in Kaleidoscope: FUCK, FUCK YOU, PISS OFF, POO, ErOTiC, all starting by K for the token ID, e.g. KEROTIC.

  • BITSALTS in Bitcorns Crops (minted by someone else).

  • STEDNILSON in Mafia Wars, with boost feature: if your wallet hold the 3 AtOMo cards Al + Sc + Ni, your Sted Scand Nilson powers will be boosted.

  • 2 subassets: KOKO.ATOMO & SHITCOINS.AtOMo The latter is an example of 'AtOMo partnership': the supply and design were decided by the partner, realisation & minting done by Blockchainizator, who kept 30% (rounded up) of the minted supply.

  • DUCHURBINO & DUKEURBINO, again in Kaleidoscope (reference to portrait/PFP in NFT)

  • 2 Bitcoin Stamps: nr. 4179 & 4180

  • LATOMODRESS (design not revealed wet), referencing fashion in NFT.
